This is where you come in. We seek a Recruiting Coordinator to join our small but mighty leadership team. We work hard and make sure to have fun while we’re doing it. As the Recruiting Coordinator you will report directly to the Operations Manager and Recruiter. This person possesses strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented attitude, clear communication, is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and prioritizing tasks are essential. The Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth communications, oversight, and processes while managing and maintaining recruiting, onboarding and new employee training. As the Recruiting Coordinator, your primary tasks will include attracting, educating, interviewing and onboarding employees and prospects.

Salary: $21/Hour

Duties
  • Assist the Recruiting Team with design and implementation of overall recruiting strategy
  • Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
  • Write and post job descriptions on career websites
  • Source candidates by using databases and social media
  • Conduct interviews utilizing various media: Phone, Google Meet, Zoom, et
  • Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions and onboarding documents for hire
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
  • Attend job fairs and career events
  • Review and source candidates from the applicant tracking system and assist with short-listing best qualified talent
  • Assist applicants through the hiring process – completing applications, interviewing with Recruiters, completing hiring paperwork, coordinating training and orientations
  • Complete employment references and process and/or schedule pre-employment screenings, such as background checks and drug tests
  • Assist applicants, associates, clients, and staff members with questions and other administrative tasks, as needed

Qualifications
  • 2+ years’ experience supporting full-cycle recruiting
  • Ability to successfully manage competing priorities with high attention to detail, completing tasks quickly and accurately
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite 
  • Experienced in using an applicant tracking system
  • Ability to communicate effectively over phone, text and email with a variety of candidates
  • Maintain professional boundaries and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Willingness to invest and grow with the organization

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent experience
  • Full-Time availability
  • 2+ years in office administration and/or recruiting experience
  • Knowledge of the cannabis industry preferred
  • Must have a valid FA CARD
