Cannabis Field Coordinator



GreenForce is a full-service staffing and temporary employment agency focused on labor solutions for the cannabis industry in Oregon and Arizona.  We are currently looking for a Field Coordinator for our Oregon operations. This person possesses strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented attitude, clear communication, is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment, where multitasking and prioritizing tasks are essential. The Field Coordinator will collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth communications and oversight while scheduling, managing and maintaining a number of workforce teams, internal reports and processes.  The Field Coordinator will serve as primary support to the Director of Operations, Operations Coordinator and the Sales department while collaborating with managers, site-specific crews,  project leads, and clients to ensure delivery of the best possible services.  As the Field Coordinator, your role is to organize, oversee, communicate and train the quality and efficiency of the teams in the field.  

Salary: $45-55K

  • Oversees Project Leads and General Crew members.

  • Develop and hold field employees, teams  and leads accountable for their duties and responsibilities

  • Boots on the ground checking in with clients, and working with the onsite crew and project leads to mitigate inefficiencies and issues that arise to ensure successful project completion and timeline.

  • Scheduling support and communications with crew and management

  • Ensure client satisfaction with realistic outcomes vs expectations by creating efficient SOPs to enable teams to finish projects in time.

  • Consult with Operations and Sales Team to ensure that production and partner relations align with organizational goals

  • Supports employees and project leads with skills, tactics, and systems training

  • Identify, lead and develop talent to maximize an individual’s potential and achieve company goals

  • Clearly communicate with upper management and project leads to formulate objectives and understand requirements

  • Ensure teams and sites are properly stocked with needed tools, supplies and safety items

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent experience. 

  • Full-Time availability

  • 2+ years 

  • Knowledge of the cannabis industry preferred

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Must have a valid OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit
