GreenForce is Oregon’s premier staffing agency. We work with over 85 different cannabis companies throughout the state to provide labor solutions for all their business needs. We are currently hiring passionate cannabis workers in the Salem area to support our partners.

Currently GreenForce is only interviewing candidates with cannabis experience.

Types of Jobs / Job Duties:

Typical jobs include trimming, harvesting / field work, and garden support. This includes cleaning, hauling soil, planting, watering, pruning and more. A lot of this work is manual labor outside. The best applicants are ready for farm work!

Pay and Benefits:

Starting at $14.00/hr

  • Health benefits are available within a year with full time availability
  • 2 wage reviews in your first 8 months
  • Additional wage increase opportunities through internal promotion

What we are looking for:

  • Trimming/cultivation work experience
  • Has a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or have applied for an OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit (we can help you through this if you haven’t done so already)
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
  • Organized and can maintain a clean workspace
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and take direction from GreenForce team leads on-site
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to perform work in a labor intensive outdoor agricultural environment
  • Reliable transportation. Most of our sites are not accessible via public transit. Be open to driving up to an hour, knowing we do our best to try to schedule you as close to home as possible with the labor requests available. We have more consistent work in the southern Portland Metro Area.
