Position: Field Manager

Salary: $17+ hour

Job Description

A rapidly growing company providing Compliant Labor Solutions to the Oregon Recreational Cannabis Market is looking for a motivated self-starter to work with a diverse team and clientele.

The Field Manager will serve as primary support, collaborating with site-specific crews, team leads, and clients to ensure delivery of the best possible services. The Field Manager is also an ambassador to the company brand, recruiting new talent and passing along warm sales leads for additional professional services GreenForce can provide to our clients.

 

Duties

  • Effectively strategize and implement project success for the crew, team leads, and clients employing “Man, Method or Machine” tactics

  • Assessment and recommendations for project completion timeframes and expectancies verse scheduled staff

  • Assessment and recommendations for crew/lead assignments and fit

  • Assessment and recommendations for client satisfaction…expectations vs realistic outcomes

  • In the field training of employees to ensure the success of projects goals

  • Identify, lead and develop talent to maximize individual’s potential and achieve company goals

  • Support employees and team leads with skills, tactics, and systems training

  • Quality control on the production floor

  • Equipment and supply of kits and information distribution to leads

  • Escalate pressing and time-sensitive matter to upper management

  • Communicate and report pressing issues to be corrected or passed along to upper management.

  • Uphold GreenForce standards and guidelines and protocol to assure the success of Professionalism enforcement of production, attendance issues

  • Bringing the joy of donuts to sites

  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Have a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or have submitted an application to the OLCC which allows you to be eligible to work till Nov 3rd, 2020

  • Reliable transportation and ability to drive to remote accounts

  • Self-starter and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks at hand

  • Team Player

  • Constructive and comprehensive communication skills

  • Ability to receive feedback

  • Occasional weekend support

  • Flexible Schedule

  • Must have a smartphone
